This is a very common problem faced by many of us. A few days ago, I came across an article in a newspaper, which blamed "exposure to artificial light before going to bed" as a cause of not feeling to sleep. Artificial light includes the light from the display of laptops, cellphones, monitor screens, etc.
I hope this will help many people who are trying to find some sleep at night but fail to do it.
